Carrollton Police said at about 1:40 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the 3600 block of Old Denton Road after a reported stabbing.
Carrollton Police released footage of the incident and photos of the suspects, identified as 37-year-old Shane Lusk and 29-year-old Kasia Martin.
Police had asked the public for help on March 23, after the teen was last seen Good Elementary.
The incident happened just after 5 a.m. at Old Denton Road on PGBT in Carrollton, according to reports.
Police said there had been a confrontation between LA Fitness management and the man, who was asked to leave.
Authorities say the shutdown is expected to last several hours as crews work to clear the scene.
