The items were packaged under the brand names: Cedar River Farms Natural, Comnor Perfect Choice, Gourmet Burger, Grass Run Farms Natural and under the JBS generic brand.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number "EST. 86R" inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.
The items have establishment number "EST 6785" and were sold in Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.
