In a chilling twist, 18-year-old Maxwell Sherman -- the man charged in connection with Daverin's death -- spoke with CBS 2's Carolyn Gusoff at the crime scene Friday one day before his arrest.
Maxwell Sherman, 18, of Long Beach is being held without bail until his next court appearance on Aug. 28.
