The driver of a garbage truck suffered a minor injury this morning when the vehicle overturned on an exit ramp of the Parkway East.
PennDOT officials say a landslide has now been cleared and all lanes of the Parkway East have now been reopened to traffic. The slide happened around 9:30 a.m. near the entrance to the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
