Congressional leaders announced a deal Sunday to fund the government through March 1 and March 8. Lawmakers will need to pass a short-term funding bill this week to avoid a partial government shutdown on Friday. CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion reports from Capitol Hill.
The two-step bill punts the fight over government spending until after the holidays.
