Whip the cream in a medium bowl until it forms stiff peaks. Place the bowl in fridge. 6. Remove the strawberries from the heated mixture, then add the gelatin mixture and mix until well combined. Allow the mixture to chill to room temperature. 7. Fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream. 8. Pour mixture into 2 individual dishes, chill for 4 hours. Serve chilled. Drizzle olive oil over broccolini, roast in oven until brown and tender, for about 15 minutes. 3. In a small bowl combine Luvafoodie Ginger Lime spice, lime juice, sesame oil, and honey. 4. Plate broccolini and drizzle with ginger sauce. Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Fruit Salad 1 package of Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Salad Dressing Mix Ingredients for salad dressing mix: 1 orange ` 1 tbsp. lime juice 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Salad dressing mix 2 navel oranges 1 pomelo 2 grapefruits 1 lemon 1 lime 2 watermelon radishes 1 package of mint Directions: 1. Remove skin from citrus fruits. Section and cut pieces of citrus fruit into slices. 2. In a small bowl follow directions of Citrus Lovers salad dressing mix, prepare and set aside. 3. Remove skin from watermelon radishes. Slice and use small heart cookie cutter to cut heart shapes. 4. On a large plate arrange citrus slices, and watermelon heart pieces. 5. Top with mint leaves. 6. Pour Citrus Lovers salad dressing over fruit. Luvafoodie Chili Lime Cilantro Salmon Ingredients: 2 (6-oz) salmon fillets 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Chili Lime Spice Blend 2 tbsp. butter 2 cloves of minced garlic. ½ cup of low-sodium vegetable broth ¼ cup of lime juice 2 tbsp. honey ¼ cup of chopped cilantro Directions: 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Season salmon with Luvafoodie Chili Lime spice. Cook salmon until golden brown for about 6 minutes. 2. Transfer salmon to plate. 3. Add butter and garlic. Once the butter is melted, stir in broth, lime juice, and honey. Bring mixture to simmer, then stir in cilantro. 4. Reduce heat to medium and add salmon back to skillet. Simmer until the sauce has reduced and salmon is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. 5. Garnish with more cilantro and plate. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients: 2 packages of Baby Bella Crimini 1 10oz. frozen chopped spinach (1 cup) 1 cup of Ricotta cheese part skim 1 4 oz. package of crumbled Feta cheese reduced fat 1tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Spice 2 tbs. olive oil Directions: Preheat oven to 380 degrees 1. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems, set aside. 2. Squeeze and drain water from frozen spinach. 3. In a bowl combine spinach, ricotta cheese, feta cheese and Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb spice. 4. In a 9x13 pan add olive oil. 5. Take 1 tablespoon heaping of cheese mixture and fill it with mushrooms. 6. Add mushrooms to the pan. 7. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
