According to the Broward County Sheriff's Office, just after 8:30 a.m., crews were called to the incident in the 1200 block of Northeast 38th Street.
MDFR told CBS Miami that the victim jumped from the lawn tractor moments before it was hit by the train.
Officials said just before 3:30 a.m., police responded to the incident in the 200 block of Southwest 2nd Street.
It happened at N Powerline Road and NW 15 Street. One person was taken to the hospital.
It happened at State Road 9 and NW 22 Avenue. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said only minor injuries were reported.
