Kameron Freeman, 29, was arrested on Thursday and charged with one felony count of murder and one felony count of armed robbery with a firearm.
Police say the 39-year-old victim was arguing with an unknown man in the mezzanine level of the station who then pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the left leg and right thigh.
Rigoberto Estremera, 43, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of aggravated robbery with indication of a firearm, one felony count of possessing a stolen vehicle, and one felony count of vehicular hijacking.
The robber was last seen leaving the scene heading southbound on Sacramento Boulevard in the victim's car.
The incident happened just before 6:30 p.m. Wednesday near Sacramento and Walton in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.
