Illinois State Police said 42-year-old Abram Perez was shot and killed after firing several shots at police in DeKalb County.
The incident happened outside Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb, at 1890 Sycamore Rd., according to the mayor of DeKalb.
Police said a man stabbed someone in a Toyota dealership and was threatening officers with a knife when they fired. Jermont Terry reports.
