The 17-year-old was arrested by members of the Chicago police and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday in the 2600 block of West 94th Street in Evergreen Park.
Mariangel Gomez, 16, was last seen with the child in the 600 block of West Irving Park Road.
The ages of the victims range from 18 to 54.
Police said the shooting happened in the 900 block of West Eastwood Avenue on Oct. 1, 2024, around 7:30 p.m.
