The suspects are currently in the City of Denton Jail. Their bond has not been set.
All five robberies linked to the 36-year-old suspect occurred "just this month," police said in a news release.
The men face up to 10 years in federal prison.
One woman has been arrested so far. Police say she entered a convenience store, left, then the two men entered in face masks.
