Felony charges were filed Monday against two burglary suspects involved in a bizarre, slow-speed televised chase on freeway and surface streets.
Police arrested the pursuit suspect at a home in Pacific Palisades following a barricade situation that lasted for nearly five hours.
No arraignment date has been set for the suspects.
The driver appeared to intentionally try to box the suspects in.

According to the Arcadia Police Department, Kevin Pollard, 24, and Brian Bradley, 23, were arrested on suspicion of burglarizing two homes in Arcadia.
