The crash happened on Nov. 18 at around 8:40 p.m., when the victims were walking eastbound while crossing the street at Western Avenue and Monette Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident happened around 12:36 p.m. in the industrial area of Ave Penn and Witherspoon Pkwy.
