One man is dead, and another man is still missing after boating incidents led to two rescue operations just hours apart near 31st Street Beach in Chicago this weekend.
Police said the boat flipped at 7:33 p.m. just south of 31st Street Harbor.
Divers pulled him from the water, and he was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition.
A woman who had been onboard said the boat was a rented charter, and things started going wrong as they were pulling back into the harbor.
