The boy was pulled from a hotel pool on Friday night unresponsive, unconscious and not breathing.
In an instant, hotel guests became first responders, springing into action to save the boy.
"I was doing compressions, you know breaths, and he started foaming, and I could hear a bunch of water in his lungs."
