Police say the victim was driving westbound in a white tow truck when they were hit by gunfire from a Grey two-door Dodge Challenger.
Da'Karia Spicer, 10, was killed in the wreck. Her little brother Dhaamir, only 5 at the time, was severely injured.
In 2020, an unmarked Chicago Police squad car was pursuing a Mercedes Benz, which slammed into Kevin Spicer’s car. His daughter, Da’Karia, was killed.
Back in 2020, Kevin Spicer was driving with his son and daughter while officers in an unmarked squad car pursued a black Mercedes. The Spicers’ daughter, Da’Karia, died in the crash.
Police said that in all of these incidents, the victims parked their vehicle and discovered it missing upon returning to its location.
The ages of the victims range from 17 to 50.
