The teen was arrested on Thursday in the 7500 block of South Carpenter and was charged with five felony counts of armed robbery and one felony count of aggravated vehicle hijacking.
The woman who was stabbed was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The other victim was not seriously hurt.
A woman is accused of stabbing two people and crashing a stolen car during a chaotic morning in the Southwest Side’s Garfield Ridge neighborhood Thursday. As Noel Brennan reports, Chicago Police said the crime spree started with a carjacking.
Their identities were not released as they were juveniles at the time of the crime.
On Tuesday, Robert Brandt, 44, was arrested in the 4300 block of South Champlain.

The incidents happened on Saturday in the Chatham, Little Italy, and Auburn Gresham neighborhoods
Police said in each of the robberies, a group of three men wearing black hoodies and ski masks walked up to their victims with a handgun and demanded their vehicle.
Damonte McCorkle is charged with aggravated kidnapping, two counts of aggravated carjacking, and armed robbery.
The carjacking happened in broad daylight at 98th and Halsted streets.
Police said the carjacker got away with the vehicle and the victim's personal items.
