The robberies happened in the Bucktown, West Town, Logan Square, and Avondale neighborhoods shortly before 12:30 a.m. and went on until 1:30 a.m.
Police arrested the 16-year-old on Friday, in the 10000 block of South Prairie Avenue.
Mercedes Jackson, 26, was arrested on Thursday.

The victim suffered a hand injury and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
