House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries took questions from reporters before a third vote for House speaker on Friday. He said it was the Republicans' job as the majority to put forth a speaker and said he didn't see a scenario right now where he could take the role. The U.S. House of Representatives is not expected to have a new speaker for at least week after McCarthy was booted from the position in a historic vote on Tuesday. CBS New York's Dick Brennan reports.
