This has to be the biggest turning point offseason since 2008. Only this time the Yankees enter the winter with a whole lot of issues -- and not many easy answers.

So many people say to me that I came along in baseball 20 years too early. They say, 'Imagine what you'd make if you played today.' My answer is simple and has two parts: I'd be Alex Rodriguez, and I'm glad I'm not.
"(Rodriguez's benching) had nothing to do with anything but what I felt was our best opportunity that day," Yankees manager Joe Girardi said. "I just think he was one of our guys that was struggling, like a lot of our other guys."
"I can't imagine that," Anthony said in regard to A-Rod's situation. "I can't imagine that. I just feel bad for A-Rod, man. I don't like to see nobody go through that. It's tough."
