Rina Nakano reports from San Pedro, where a man was found shot to death inside of an SUV in the parking lot of a hospital. Authorities believe that he was the victim of a shooting from more than six hours earlier, when the vehicle he was sitting in was fired into by a third party.
It is believed that the victim was shot up to six hours prior in a shooting not far from the location of the hospital, where several shots were fired into a vehicle. However, when authorities arrived, they found no victim.
