Siblings wounded in shooting stemming from argument in San Pedro
Kara Finnstrom reports from San Pedro, where a 20-year-old girl and her 13-year-old brother were wounded in a shooting that stemmed from an argument overnight. The shooter, allegedly also a teenager, is still on the loose.
