It's the second deadly shooting involving an officer in the city in less than 24 hours.
Police say the suspect, whose original offense was sexual assault of a minor, had removed an ankle monitor before fleeing from officers.
Footage captured from a helicopter shows the suspect sedan speeding along a highway and in residential areas, dodging traffic and, at one point, driving in the wrong lane.
A man who was shot died at the scene, according to officers.
Police said suspects entered the hotel, where they encountered an employee.
The girl was charged with driving under the influence as a minor and released to her parents from the hospital.
Witnesses told police that the woman was screaming for help, and one neighbor came outside to tell the man to stop.
Police said the victim, whose name hasn't been released, was transported to the hospital for treatment but died hours later from their injuries.
FWFD told CBS News Texas that two victims were outside the home when fire crews arrived, and four had to be rescued.
At about 10:30 a.m., officers responded to a shooting call on the 4000 block of Ridgela Country Club Drive, police said.
A quick response near Dream Park prevented a dangerous situation from turning tragic.
The department told CBS News Texas that officers were called to the incident at 12400 South Fwy SR SB.
"I saw a flash of fur and next thing I know I was on the ground," Regina Allen said.
The Fort Worth Police Department said at about 9:10 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call at the park in the 5200 block of East Rosedale.
Edward Trevino, 39, told police he may have accidentally wounded the victim during a struggle in the man's pickup truck.
In one incident, police said a driver involved didn't stay at the scene.
Investigators from more than 90 agencies worked together to uncover online abuse and locate previously unknown victims.
Jayden Garcia was taken into custody on Tuesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest on two charges: murder and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
