Authorities have released the autopsy results of Shannan Gilbert, the New Jersey prostitute whose body was discovered near where 10 other victims of a suspected serial killer were found along Ocean Parkway.
In a statement, Jack Fitzpatrick said he believes that based on the available information, it is very unlikely that one person committed all 10 murders.
