Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week, with highs well into the 60s, even with the cloud cover.
The next rainmaker arrives late day Wednesday along a frontal boundary. Showers are likely at night and through Thursday.
Winds will relax tonight and some areas inland could dip down into the mid-30s if skies have a chance to clear out which would mean some patchy frost is possible in those areas.
A gradual clearing is expected over Sunday and Monday, but clouds will be slow to part.
Saturday night brings showers and drizzle and a low temperature of 47 degrees.
The rain will finally go away by Monday, and the sun with come out again on Tuesday.
Along with the flood threat, a few strong storms will be possible on Friday.
The storm threat is questionable, as severe parameters are looking a little less impressive on Thursday, but that could change.
