Around 6:15 Wednesday night. Illinois State Police said people in two cars were shooting at each other.
The shooting disrupted traffic Wednesday night, and the disruption continued as late as 10 p.m. Jermont Terry reports.
One victim was taken to an area hospital with injuries, though police did not specify what those injuries were.
