Cameron Turner was indicted with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the incident at the State Fair of Texas in October of 2023.
Cameron Turner, 22, is in the Dallas County jail being held on over $1.5 million in bonds.
It started in 2014 when the fair staff realized there was so much unused food that shouldn't go to waste.
"We went to the car and I said, 'Honey, I can't find my dentures,'" fairgoer Joe Garner said. "She said, 'You can't find them?' I said, 'No, it had to be in the State Fair of Texas.'"
New safety and security measures have been added to the State Fair of Texas following a shooting this past weekend that injured three people.
