Dimitrios Moscharis, of West Chester, has been charged with attempted homicide, strangulation, aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime, endangering the welfare of a child, false imprisonment and other related charges in the incident which occurred on Nov. 23.
The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. on South 60th Street and Lindbergh Boulevard.
The suspects are only 12, 13, and 14 years old.
