A recent rash of distraction burglaries is continuing on Long Island. This time the two suspects allegedly targeted an Oceanside woman on her 89th birthday around noon on Wednesday.

The graffiti includes swastikas, the numbers "420," the words "White Knight" and the letters "WK."
Police say for some reason a struggle broke out, the suspect -- identified as 41-year-old Duane Oxley -- fought for the officers gun and the officer was shot in the leg. The suspect was shot and killed by a second police officer.
