Authorities say a woman hit by a slow-moving St. Paul Police squad car last Friday has died. Police said the incident happened at about 5 p.m. on Aug. 16 as authorities were out on a call related to a juvenile on the 800 block of Cleveland Avenue in St. Paul.
A 9-year-old boy is in the hospital Friday morning after losing both of his feet in an accident involving a train. Police said it happened at about 6 p.m. Thursday near Farrington Street and Ivy Avenue in St. Paul. Neighbors who saw it happen called 911 immediately.
