Eight people were fatally shot and seven more were wounded when a gunman opened fire in the lot outside Allen Premium Outlets on Saturday.
The shooting happened in the Wisconsin township of Glenwood, about an hour east of the Twin Cities.
The shooting happened on the street level of the the Lake Street/Midtown Station just before 10:30 p.m., per the Metro Transit Police Department.
The victim was hospitalized in critical condition. No one has been arrested.
Police have blocked off roads near the intersection of County Road 128 and County Highway G in Glenwood City -- about an hour east of the Twin Cities.
