A judge is now reviewing federal evidence in the deadly shooting of Renee Good. It's the first time the feds have turned over their findings in a shooting by a federal agent during Operation Metro Surge. The ruling that forced the review actually came from a separate case involving the ICE agent who fired the deadly shots.
