A woman who witnessed a hit-and-run over the weekend in Chicago is pleading for the driver to come forward. Dashcam captured the crash involving a cyclist near Montrose and Maplewood on Saturday. CBS 2's Noel Brennan spoke with the witness who feels personally invested in catching the driver.
