Benjamin Herrington, of Chicago, is charged with fleeing to elude a peace officer, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
The suspect got out of the ambulance near Dwight and appeared to surrender, only to take off running before police tackled him. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
