Two men were behind bars after allegedly beating a man, and then breaking into an apartment in Naperville.
Chicago police and members of the Great Lakes Regional Task Force arrested Anthony Jackson, 34, on Tuesday, in the 4900 block of West Madison Street.
Video of the incident showed the renter was hurled to the floor. As far as anyone could tell, there was no threat that led up to the throwdown.
