"Should've never happened. Whatever, whatever they asked for it, we provided," Patel said. "He was just pulling out his wallet and he shot him."
CBS 2's Sabrina Franza reports, the store owner is shocked and saddened, saying nothing like this has happened, adding that the clerk and customers gave the robbers their belongings, but the suspect kept shooting.
Martel Erving, 41, was arrested on Tuesday by the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, in the 8500 block of South Crandon Avenue.
