49ers Really Need Boldin And Hyde To Heal During Bye Week

With an extra week of preparation and rest before they head up to Seattle for a November 22 matchup against the hated Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers are hoping that wide receiver Anquan Boldin and running back Carlos Hyde heal well enough to face the final seven games of the season with confidence. The 49ers offense is the worst in the NFL by almost any measurement, and without Boldin and Hyde, there's no chance it improves.

Injury Report: Health Isn't Improving For Sinking 49ers In Week 9

The San Francisco 49ers are going nowhere in 2015, and this week's organizational choices have demonstrated that. Adding more fuel to the "tanking" conversation is the long list of injured players that can't contribute on the field this week against the Atlanta Falcons at home. Six players were unable to workout on Thursday, and that includes key pieces like cornerback Kenneth Acker, wide receiver Anquan Boldin, offensive guard Alex Boone and running back Carlos Hyde.
