In hour 2 of the show the guys open up with "Three the Hard Way" and talk about what is on their "Sports Bucket List" and what is a great pump up song. In the final hour of the show the guys talk about the 49ers Aaron Lynch getting suspended and finished the show with "And 1."
Jason and Ken are filling in for Grant and in the first hour they talk about what little sports there are on the slowest sports day of the year. In the second hour of the show the guys talk with Bill Laskey about the Giants season and take calls about the biggest "What if's" in sports history. In the third hour of the show the guys talk about the upcoming NFL season. In the final hour of the show the guys talk about Las Vegas, Dan Werly talks about the legal problems of Tom Brady and Draymond Green, and inspiring sports speeches.

In hour two of the show the guys talk to Michael Scotto about the NBA offseason. In hour three of the show the guys talk about Tim Duncan's retirement and who might be the replacement as the next "boring superstar." In the last hour of the show the guys talk to Larry Pepe about the future and the UFC and Jason Kidd talking about his nightmares for not joining the Spurs in 2003.
