The unseasonably warm weather we're experiencing today does come with some downsides.
Over the past 24 hours, some strong storms moved through the area. The rains prompted flash flooding and there was also a tornado warning in parts of the area.
Strong storms brought soaking rains, lightning, high winds and even some hail to the western Pennsylvania region Thursday.
