It's believed the livery driver hit a 19-year-old who was crossing Baychester Avenue in Co-Op City. The teen bounced off the windshield and was thrown to the other side of the street. He was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition.
It happened around 9:15 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Route 112 and Nesconset Highway in Terryville.
