Woman arrested for counterfeit postage scheme that cost USPS estimated $60 million
Lijuan "Angela" Chen, 50, was arrested afters he was found guilty of conspiracy to defraud the United States and possession and use of counterfeit postage. In a six-month time span, her business is estimated to have shipped more than 9 million pieces of mail with counterfeit postage, costing more than $60 million in revenue loss for the USPS.
