The fire broke out in a coach house at 5106 W. Chicago Ave., near LeClaire Avenue. Kris Habermehl reports from Chopper 2.

Flames and smoke were seen pouring out of the back window and parts of the roof.
Chicago police say the victim, a 63-year-old man, suffered an injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Chicago Fire Department said it appeared the worker was electrocuted at the West Side plant.
Chicago police said the teen and four men, one aged 21 and the other two 25, were standing on a sidewalk in the 400 block of North Lavergne around 2:50 p.m. when an unknown vehicle pulled up, and two people got out.

Chicago police said a group of people were inside the business when an unknown person fired multiple shots at them before fleeing the scene.
The shooting happened inside Poppy’s Chat Room just after 1 a.m. in the 5300 block of West Madison Street.
Isaac Poole, 36, of Zion, was arrested on Wednesday in the 300 block of South Cicero Avenue.
According to Chicago police, officers responded to a burglary and found broken glass from the front door of the business.

Chicago police said the woman was arguing with a known offender around 9:12 a.m. in the 700 block of North Leamington Avenue in the South Austin neighborhood, who then entered a car and struck the victim.
Police Supt. Larry Snelling said around 6 p.m., officers pulled over a vehicle in the 3800 block of West Ferdinand Street, off Avers Avenue in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. One man was in the car, and there was an exchange of gunfire between him and the officers.
The first robbery happened Thursday in Avondale. The other 13 robberies happened over several hours Saturday in Avondale, Austin, Logan Square, and Portage Park.
The victim was taken by the Chicago Fire Department to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The robberies happened between Sunday and Wednesday during the early morning hours in the Logan Square, Austin, Humboldt Park, and West Town neighborhoods.
