President Donlad Trump signed a memorandum on Monday to establish the Memphis Safe Task Force part of an effort to crack down on violent crime. However, it seems Chicago is still on the president's mind.
The jury returned the verdict the same day in the trial of three former Memphis officers charged with civil rights violations in the fatal beating of Tyre Nichols.
