IDOT said in September that it needed to paint stripes on the express lanes and lay seven and a half miles of wiring, sensors, and cameras. At the time IDOT said it would wrap things up “sometime in the fall.” But as of Tuesday, Dec. 10, the work continued. Kris Habermehl reports from CBS Skywatch.
