Darion McMillian was charged with one count each of first-degree murder of a police officer, first-degree murder, attempted murder of a police officer, and other charges, according to Chicago Police Supt. Larry Snelling.
The officer, identified as 26-year-old Enrique Martinez, was struck multiple times.
