Baltimore Police said a 26-year-old man was shot and killed around 4:40 p.m. Saturday.
Officers were on patrol at 2:10 p.m. Friday afternoon when they found a shooting victim in the 2600 block of E. Preston Street.
When officers arrived, they found the victim with gunshot wounds to his body. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
Philip Stanley West, 48, is facing several charges, including first-degree murder.
