The State of Texas filed a public nuisance lawsuit against a strip club in west Tarrant County, as part of a larger effort to permanently shut down the establishment.
The club is temporarily closed after the most recent fatal shooting and some officials want to make sure it never opens again.
Security at the club reportedly returned fire at the suspect, striking him. He was then taken to a nearby hospital where he died.
