Described as a talented piano player, Li is 5-foot-11, wears rounded brown wire frame glasses and usually dons a ball cap.
The small community of Livingston came together to honor Audrii Cunningham on Monday.
The AMBER Alert issued for two children out of Wilmer, just south of Dallas has been canceled.

"This world is not gonna be the same without her," Brenda Cedars, Audrii's aunt, said.
Court documents reveal new details surrounding the 11-year-old's death.
Police say the 13-year-old reported missing out of Dallas has been found safe.
The disappearance of Audrii Cunningham is now a criminal investigation.
Rakim Celestine rarely missed a chance to call his mother. February 2023 was the last phone call she received.
A person of interest is in police custody, possibly connected to a missing Texas girl.
An AMBER Alert was issued for the Waxahachie girl Thursday morning.
Update Feb. 16: Johnson was found and the AMBER Alert has been canceled.
Police believe the 12-year-old, who is 5'7" with black hair and brown eyes, is in very serious danger.
Dallas police said Saturday the missing 9-year-old was found safe.
Lacey Overby was found in Laredo, about 600 miles away from where she was last seen.
UPDATE 7:45 A.M.: Kylin Arnold has been located safe.

Aiden Heidenreich was supposed to go to school last Friday morning. Instead, he left his home and hasn't been seen since.
Deep Sea Vision says it captured a sonar image in the Pacific Ocean that "appears to be Earhart's Lockheed 10-E Electra" aircraft.
Police say Dixon may be confused and in need of assistance.
