Around 1:10 p.m. Saturday, officers at the department's surveillance hub were alerted to a stolen vehicle that was near 3rd Street and Meade Avenue and contacted Bayview officers to notify them, police said.
Police identified the teen as a 14-year-old and said another occupant in the vehicle was 15 years old. Both were arrested not long after they jumped out of the vehicle while it was still moving.
