In a leaderboard with a lot of talent in the Top 10, it was Patrick Reed who emerged with the victory in the Tour's first FedExCup playoff event of the 2015-2016 season. Reed shot 66-68 in the first two rounds and then hung on over the weekend at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, New York, to earn $1.53 million for the win. Defending champion and No. 1-ranked Jason Day finished in fourth place, two strokes behind Reed, while Jordan Spieth finished in a tie for 10th place.
